Mini Sessions
Mini Mondays

30 minute mini session in studio on Mondays only, between 10am-2pm)

Mini Monday sessions are strictly limited to the following:

BABIES- Older babies (8 weeks+) , sitting babies, baby milk bath session, simple cake smash session ( cake must be supplied), milestone session (eg. 1st birthday photo-shoot), Breastfeeding photo-shoot. Parent shots are permitted with these sessions, but majority of the shoot will be on the baby.
​
CHILDREN- Head shots, toddler individual session, milestone session ( eg. birthday shoot).
​
ADULTS - Head-shots, person branding shots.
​
PRODUCTS- Given the time restraints, these minis are aimed at low quantity product shots that can be achieved in a high speed manor. The client is permitted to deliver products and not attend the session if not required.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book my newborn session?It is important to book ahead as I only offer limited slots each month. We will lock in a temporary date that is approximately a week after your due date, and keep in touch closer to the date. If baby arrives earlier or later, we can tweak the date if needed.

When is the best time to capture a newborn?Newborn sessions are best done before 14 days, but given that isn't always a possiblity with some babies, we can make do with older ages. If you want the super sleepy, posed photos, the earlier the better!

Do you offer gift vouchers?Yes, absolutely! We have a minimum voucher value of $100 which the repicient can put towards any of our packages.

Do you travel?Yes, I most certainly do. Weddings have an inclusive 100km ( by road) each way inclusive travel allowance, anything beyond that is charged at a small fee per kilometer. I offer destination wedding coverage, for an interstate/international travel fee.Outdoor portrait sessions are typically held within 10km of Montrose, however I do offer sessions further away if planned in advance.

How do we get our printed products?If you are local, I will endeavour to personally deliver the goods to you. Alternatively, they are posted via registered mail and well packaged. Postage costs are inclusive of your package pricing.

What should I bring to my session?The answer is different depending on what sort of session you are having. Prior to the session, I will discuss what you need to bring. I also have links to a pinterest outfit guide if you need more inspiration.

Are other family members allowed to come along and be in photos with my newborn?Absolutely! I always include parents, siblings and even pets! I do often advise you to stagger the arrivals so that toddlers aren't expected to wait in the studio for two hours. Those finer details are discussed privately prior to the session.

Are you immunised?I am up to date with my whooping cough vaccine and will not take on a newborn session if any of my famiy members are unwell. It is a risk I simply am not willing to take.

How long will it take to recieve our online gallery link?Typically, 1-2 weeks for portrait sessions. Wedding are 6-8 weeks, sometimes sooner pending how under the pump I am.

When is the best time for maternity photos?In my opinion, the sweet spot is between 34-36 weeks, but it depends entirely on the pregnancy and person. Some clients wish to wait a little longer so that their belly 'pops' that little bit more, whereas others prefer sooner when they aren't so big. It is a personal preference!

Where can I print my images I recieve on USB?I will strongly advise you against printing at any of the large chains such as BigW, Kmart, Officeworks, Harvey Norman. I have seen first hand how awful my images print up. Why spend thousands on beautiful portraits to print them for 9 cents at Kmart? Please don't! I highly recommend the "Camera House" stores, Croydon is my local store. You can order online and have them delivered, they are very affordable and an excellent option for the general public.
